All information shared in the Message of the Heart website, in the Message of the Heart Art, Song and Music digital products are offered for well-being and relaxation.  No claims are made that Sharen Martinson is delivering art therapy or treatments of any kind, in any way, within her art, song or music.  No claims are being made for anything other than entertainment.  All statements or references to other modalities are meant to provide general information only, not recommendations, or promises for any personal benefits.  At no time is any information provided through the Art, Song or Music meant to be a replacement for mental or medical care, or a medical diagnosis for illness or injury.  Sharen Martiinson does not diagnose mental or medical issues, offer mental or medical advice, prescribe drugs, or perform surgery, therapy or treatment physically or by any energetic healing modality, on any animal, or any person.  Please consult a licensed medical or veterinary practitioner for veterinary care, and appropriate medical doctors or mental health professionals for the services you are seeking.

This statement is accepted by you as a contractual agreement in making an appointment and ordering your Message of the Heart Art, Song and Music:  I understand that Sharen Martinson is not a medical professional, and that any Art, Poetry, Song or Music, and/or all services offered on the Message of the Heart website, is not meant to be construed as therapy, or treatment of any kind in any way. Message of the Heart Art, Song and Music, digital products or other services do not take the place of professional therapy for me or take the place or give advice on medical care, mental health treatment, or any/all of my, or my animal's or my own, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual issues.

I hereby release and hold harmless Sharen Martinson and Message of the Heart from liability due to accident or damage to self-and/or personal property, and from loss of property resulting during or after said Art, Song or Music in the interpretation or following of any perceived suggestions, information, instruction or information given by Sharen Martinson or any of her products or services. I hold harmless Sharen Martinson for liability for my own person for any and all aspects of a Message of the Heart Art, Song or Music. I understand and acknowledge all sessions are for entertainment purposes only.

I acknowledge I am not a minor, being at least 18 years of age.  By my requesting a a Message of the Heart session or ordering any digital products. I understand that Sharen Martinson retains the copyright and reserves the right to post my art and Song on her web site and any other social media such as you tube, keeping my name and information private.  The art, song and music are officially owned by me once I take delivery of the digital products but Sharen Martinson and Message of the Heart retain the copyright. I understand I cannot sell or use for monetary gain.  All products and services posted on Sharen's website are subject to copyright and cannot be recorded or distributed without permission. I give my consent and agree to all the terms of this disclaimer, terms of agreement and release form above.

Use of the Message of the Heart website, or any products or services, or contacting Sharen for any reason serves as my acknowledgement that I have read, understand, and agree to all the above information, including the privacy policy page with the disclaimer of warranties.
