This guided meditation for you and your animal is five minutes long. A bell will ring at the beginning and at the end. If thoughts distract you, just let them float by like clouds, and bring your focus back to the breath and your heart. If you wish to continue in meditation longer simply keep your eyes closed and gently come out of meditation when you wish. Find a quiet space for you and your animal if they are with you. Your animal may be in another location as you are still connected through intention and love. Get comfortable, and set your intention to join heart-to-heart with your animal through the power of Love and the Breath.
