Heart-to-Heart Meditation Between You and Your Animal

Before You Begin

This guided meditation for you and your animal is fifteen minutes long.   If you wish you may play your favorite relaxing music softly in the background.

Find a quiet space where you can lie or sit comfortably without distractions.  Your animal may be in a separate location and you will still be connected heart to heart.  If with you, your animal may move around freely.  Set your intention to join with your animal through the power of the breath and the power of Love.

 

Our animals are teaching us in meditation that when we lift their field through heart coherence, they lift our field.  In this way our animals help us heal and open to the power of Love within us.
