How to Use

The Album "Power of the Positive" brings positive words, somatic cue intentions, the harmonics of music, tempo and emotion together in one listening experience.

There is a natural and simple connection between what we see, what we hear, what we think, and how we feel.  Our mind, body and emotions shift states when there is an enjoyment of music.

Guidelines on How To Listen

For Deep Neuro-Rewiring Stereo

Headphones maximize the impact of the conscious words and somatic cues woven into the lyrics along with the 60-80 bpm intentional tempo.  Be sure to wear noise-cancelling headphones and to be aware to not subject your ears to too loud of sound as it can damage your ears. It is recommended to not drive while listening due to the deep effects of relaxation that can result.

For Ambient Integration

Background audio during focused work, yoga or sleep, or when wishing to relax.  The 60-80 bpm tempo is naturally proven to lower heart rate to match the music, creating passive relaxation.  It is recommended to not listen while driving due to this state of relaxation.

For Morning Alignment

Play the tracks during a morning routine to let the positive conscious words. intentions and somatic cues prepare the subconscious mind for the day ahead. It is recommended to not drive while listening due to the state of relaxation.

How long to Listen

The Power of the Positive is music for relaxation, positive focus and well-being. The suggestion is to listen daily.  The brain has a neuroplastic ability to change its structure and habits based on repetition. Consistency is the key to forming new, positive mental patterns. Some people listen throughout the day. Each time you finish your music listening session, it is recommended to sit quietly for a few minutes to integrate the session.  Be quiet.  Breathe.  Notice how you feel. Take a few moments to sit in gratitude saying to yourself, or out loud, all you are grateful for.  This gratitude reflection trains the neurons in your brain, with your conscious intent, to be in a more calm, positive state.  With regular listening, or even singing along, you may notice subtle positive shifts in thinking or feeling as your well-being shifts through harmonic alignment.
