Continue to Deepen

Sit or lie in your comfortable quiet space and focus inward utilizing the last three exercises as you lead into this fourth exercise to deepen the connection.  With practice the exercises flow seamlessly one into another as you begin to relax automatically with your intention to communicate with your animal. 

In time the exercises naturally become as simple and flowing as breathing.  You will adapt what feels right for you and add discoveries you make of what enhances your connection with your animal.  The journey is easy and intimately yours to discover and explore.

LESSON FOUR:  Deepening the Connection

Intention:  

To strengthen your heart-to-heart bond and feel your animal's loving presence more clearly and deeply.

 

Why It Matters:

True communication with animals comes from a deep sense of connection - beyond words, beyond distance, beyond time.

When you quiet your mind and open your heart, your animal can meet you there in that shared space of love.

This is the place where hearts touch - a space not bound by the physical world, but by the gentle, timeless bond of the heart.

 

 

The Exercise : Heart to Heart

 

1. Prepare Your Space

Settle once again into your quiet space after breathing, relaxing, letting go, filling your heart with gratitude, connecting with your animal in a circle of love.

Continue to breathe softly allowing calm to fill your body. 

Feel your heart begin to glow more strongly with the power of Love.

 

2.  Call your Animal from the Heart

From this peaceful place within, gently call your animal to you.  It doesn't have to be with words.  The whisper of your heart joining you both together in Love is the invitation. 

Feel your animal respond to your heart's invitation.

Imagine your animal is with you now - right beside you near you, close to you, sharing this moment.

3. Share the Heart Space

Sense your hearts connected in Light and Love.

Feel the warmth, the calm, the quiet and the deep trust between you.

Know that your animal feels your love and is offering their love in return.

4. Be Still Together

Rest in this shared heart space.

Let go of thoughts, expectations, or effort.

Simply Be - breath by breath together - surrounded by Love.

5. Rest in Presence

Stay here for a minute, soaking in the quiet joy of being together.

This is your sacred space of connection - the foundation for receiving messages of the heart.

 

When the heart-to-heart presence feels natural and peaceful, you are ready to move on to the final lesson - " Receiving the Message."
