Continue To Open

With each focused practice you do of these exercises your brain, nervous system and body are learning to support each other in this journey of opening to a quieter and deeper awareness within you. 

First incorporate Lesson One of relaxing and emptying your mind using the Letting Go Box.  Then use Lesson Two to quiet more through breathing and focusing on gratitude filling your heart and body. 

Now the journey continues going deeper as you open to the heart.  

Lesson THREE: The Language of the Heart

 

Intention:

To open your heart and connect through love - the silent language animals understand most deeply.

Why It Matters:

Animals communicate through their heart sharing the energy of love.

When your heart is open and filled with love, they feel it instantly.

Listening with your heart means sensing rather than thinking - allowing love to be the bridge that connects your heart to theirs.

In this space, words are no longer needed.  Only presence, love and trust.

 

 

The Exercise:  Circle of Love

 

1.  Prepare Your Space

Begin as before, in your quiet space after using the Letting Go Box, relaxing and becoming quiet and filled with gratitude.

Let go more by taking a few deep breaths until you feel the calm.

Feel your heart begin to glow peacefully with gratitude and rest there for a minute becoming quieter with each breath.

2. Awaken the Spark of Love

Bring your attention to the center of your heart.

Imagine a tiny spark of light glowing softly there - the light of Love.

With each slow breath, see this spark of Love grow brighter and warmer.

3. Think of Your Animal.

Now think of your animal - see their face, feel their unique spirit, feel the love you have for them.

As you think of them, feel your heart expand with love and gratitude.

Let that glowing light of Love grow stronger, filling your entire chest with radiant Love.

4. Send Love to Their Heart

Imagine this loving energy flowing from your heart to theirs - a beam of light, pure and kind.

See your animal's heart begin to glow in return, sending Love back to you.

Together, your lights form a circle of love - flowing brightly and strong between you both.

5. Rest in the Connection

Rest quietly in this shared space of Love.

Feel its calm, its warmth, its quiet power.

This is the true language of the Heart.

When ready, open your eyes with a deep breath, feeling grateful for your animal's love.

 

When you can easily feel this loving exchange, you are ready to move forward to the next lesson.
