The stars and the moon and the darkness of night.  The sun and the sky and the brightness of light.  The earth, the air, the fire and the water.  That Power which begets all life.  That Power of life eternal.  

That Power comes to you within each breath to take you on a journey of discovery. 

That Power which is so gentle it caresses a leaf as it falls.  

That Power which is so great it can create with a breath.

That Power which is so kind it can stop your tears with a touch.

That Power which is so superb it can bring you happiness with but a glance.

Such is that Power always there to guide you and to love you.  All you need to do is call upon that Power that is there just a breath away. To help.  To hold.  To uplift.  To carry if need be.

When the waves of this life become high and turbulent, they overcome you.  When you are tired of fighting them.  Let Go!  That Power will carry you in its boat and shelter of Love.  Do not fear the waves.  They carry you to the deepest parts of yourself.

The greatest gift is within you in each present moment.  Celebrate and dance with each breath.  You are Love.  And you are so loved.  Rest in That Power.
