Pet Portrait Order Form

Please send Sharen Martinson your animal's information and a picture if you would like to discuss commissioning a portrait painting. Sharen will contact you and discuss your personal preferences and answer any other questions. A donation amount will be agreed upon beforehand. She may request more pictures especially close up of the eyes and face. When Sharen receives the $50 deposit, she will begin the painting. Allow two weeks until completion. Sharen will send a digital copy and upon approval will arrange pick-up.
